Digital delivery
DAZARK sells digital scripts and related access. The script file is delivered after successful payment and completion of any required account or payment verification.
Full refund if your digital product is not delivered
If your purchased digital product is not delivered and DAZARK cannot complete the delivery after you contact support, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. A full refund also applies to a confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge. If the delivered script has a material technical defect that DAZARK support cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or partial refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
When a refund is normally unavailable
Because this is a digital product, refunds are normally unavailable after successful delivery merely because you changed your mind. A refund may also be declined where the issue results from unsupported hardware, game, platform or configuration; failure to follow the stated requirements or instructions; account restrictions imposed by a third party; or modifications made outside DAZARK support.
How to request a refund
Email support@dazark.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order email, payment or order reference, device and platform, and a clear description or video of the issue. Never send your full card number, security code or account password.
Review and resolution
DAZARK may first provide troubleshooting, a corrected file, an update or another reasonable remedy. If a material defect is confirmed and cannot be resolved, or if delivery cannot be completed, an eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe, your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
